. Do I have to leave my stuff with you in order to sell it on eBay? Why?

. In most cases yes. I try to keep my E-Bay buyers as happy as possible by shipping without delay. In order to do this I need to have the items I sell in our warehouse. In some cases such as vehicles, large items, or extremely valuable items I will make exceptions to this policy.

. If my item doesn't sell, what do you do with it?

. If your item doesn't sell we will contact you either by telephone or email. You will have the option to have your item donated to charity or pick it up.

. How do you determine the value of my item?

. I don't, eBay does! In most cases we will list your item (worth $50 or more) for a starting bid of $9.99; from there, bidders compete, raising the price of your item to its value and eventually what it will sell for.

. What if I want to set a starting price for my item?

. That's easy! I can list your item as a premium listing which costs only $25. With this service our commission rates stay the same as a basic (start at $9.99) listing.

. If my item doesn't sell, do I owe you money?

. No. We have a few programs where there is a prepay for listing, but never will we charge any additional fees for an item that doesn't sell.
